Build the destination record

Copy the asset name, network label, destination address and any required memo or tag from the receiving wallet. Compare the first and last characters after pasting. Save a screenshot with the account ID masked, and never include a seed phrase, private key, password or one-time code.

Match the cashier preview

Before confirming, compare the withdrawal amount, fee, network and final destination displayed by the Yabby cashier with the destination record. If the cashier does not name the network clearly, stop and ask through the authenticated support channel rather than selecting the cheapest-looking route.

Separate review from broadcast

Pending or under review describes an internal stage and is not blockchain proof. After release, request or capture the transaction hash. Open that hash in an independent explorer for the chosen network and check asset, amount, destination and confirmation state.

Escalate the correct hand-off

If no hash exists, ask Yabby which account condition remains open. If a valid hash is confirmed but the receiving exchange has not credited it, send that provider the hash, network, asset and memo. Do not restart the withdrawal merely to produce a new timestamp.
